More than 1,000 fans attended a public visitation Sunday in Gordon Lightfoot’s hometown in central Ontario to say goodbye to the folk singer-songwriter.In the pouring rain, a line stretched down the street outside St. Paul’s United Church in Orillia, Ont., where Lightfoot once sang as a choir boy.Inside, each person had a moment with the late musical legend as the line slowly passed by his closed casket. PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) — A total of 11 people were taken to local hospitals with injuries ranging from minor to severe following a rollover crash in Peoria Sunday.According to Peoria Battalion Chief Jeff Hascall, the crash happened at the intersection of Knoxville and E. Corrington Avenues. Fire crews arrived at the intersection and found a vehicle flipped on its side with someone still inside. LOUIS – Two teenagers died overnight Sunday in a quadruple shooting in the Hyde Park neighborhood of north St. Louis City.According to a spokesperson for the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, the shooting occurred just after 1:50 a.m. in the 2100 block of Branch Street.Officers found one victim, an 18-year-old female, in the 1900 block of Agnes Street. A second victim, a 17-year-old female, was located inside a residence in the 2000 block of Agnes.
